Register with your NIDA number, personal details, and a secure password. You will receive a Member ID like L2H-TZ-000001.

Log in to your patient dashboard and complete the multi-step appointment form including payment confirmation.

Go to Reports in your patient dashboard. Assigned reports can be downloaded securely.

Follow the payment instructions shown during booking and upload your payment screenshot with a reference number.
